Si votre dossier est incomplet :
- Parcours Prévention Santé (pps.athle.fr) ou questionnaire santé pour les mineurs
- Licence FFA (Athlé Compétition, Entreprise ou Running)
- Autorisation parentale pour les mineurs
Sans ces documents, pas de départ autorisé.
Horaires de retrait :
- Samedi 21 juin — Village Marathon (Hôtel de la Monnaie, Molsheim) : 14h à 18h, et jusqu’à 19h30 pour les Foulées Doubles et le 5 km solo
Sécurité
Pas de vélos ni d’engins à roulettes autorisés sur le parcours.
Ravitaillement
A l’arrivée uniquement. Eau potable distribuée dans des gobelets en carton recyclable.
Chronométrage
Temps affiché à l’arrivée, puce jetable collée au dossard. Classement uniquement si le parcours est respecté.
Barrières horaires
5K et Foulées Doubles : 1h (arrivée maximale à 20h30).
Résultats
En ligne dès le samedi soir après les courses. Pas de suivi en temps réel pendant la course.
Cadeau finisher
Sur présentation du dossard, un cadeau surprise offert.
Remise des prix
Dès 20h30 au Village Marathon. Récompenses pour :
- Les 3 premiers duos au classement général
- Les 1ers duos homme, femme et mixte
- Les 3 premiers (femmes et hommes) du 5K Solo

Accès et mobilité
- Covoiturage recommandé via la plateforme Mobicoop.
- Parking vélo disponible au cœur du Village Marathon.
Consignes
Étiquette bagage fournie avec le dossard. Dépôt au retrait des dossards au Caveau Bugatti – Hôtel de la Monnaie. Retrait des sacs de 18h30 à 21h. Les sacs non récupérés seront disponibles dès lundi à la Communauté de Communes de Molsheim-Mutzig.
ANIMATIONS & RESTAURATION
Soirée "Spaetz on the Beach"
Samedi soir à partir de 18h au Village Marathon. Ambiance festive et animations surprises.
Repas
Repas prépayés remis au retrait des dossards. Pour les groupes, les tickets accompagnateurs sont remis au responsable. Vente possible sur place.
DÉVELOPPEMENT DURABLE
Le Marathon du Vignoble d’Alsace est labellisé éco-responsable.
Nos engagements :
- Tri sélectif sur tous les sites (Village, départs, ravitaillements)
- Équipe “Greenteam” présente tout le week-end
- Deux tailles de portions pour limiter le gaspillage alimentaire

Bib Collection
Required documents:
- ID card
- Confirmation email or bib number available at this LINK
If your file is incomplete:
- Health Prevention Pathway (pps.athle.fr) or health questionnaire for minors
- FFA license (Competition, Business, or Running)
- Parental authorization for minors
Without these documents, participation will not be permitted.
Bib collection times:
- Saturday, June 21 — Marathon Village (Hôtel de la Monnaie, Molsheim): 2:00 PM–6:00 PM (until 7:30 PM for Foulées Doubles and 5 km solo)
Safety
No bicycles or wheeled vehicles allowed on the course.
Refreshments
Available at the finish line only. Drinking water served in recyclable cardboard cups.
Timing
Official times displayed at the finish line. Disposable timing chip attached to your race number. Ranking valid only if the full course is completed.
Cut-off times
5K and Foulées Doubles: 1 hour (maximum finish by 8:30 PM).
Results
Online from Saturday evening after the races. No live tracking during the race.
Finisher gift
A surprise gift offered on presentation of your race number.
Awards ceremony
From 8:30 PM at the Village Marathon. Prizes awarded to:
- The top 3 duos overall
- The 1st male, female, and mixed duos
- The top 3 (men and women) in the 5K Solo
PRACTICAL INFO
Access and mobility
- Carpooling encouraged via the Mobicoop platform.
- Bike parking available at the heart of the Village Marathon.
Bag drop
Luggage tags provided with your race number. Drop off at the number pick-up at Caveau Bugatti – Hôtel de la Monnaie. Bag collection from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Any unclaimed bags will be available from Monday at the Communauté de Communes de Molsheim-Mutzig.
ENTERTAINMENT & CATERING
"Spaetz on the Beach" Party
Saturday evening from 6:00 PM at the Village Marathon. Festive atmosphere with surprise entertainment.
Meals
Prepaid meals will be handed out when collecting your race number. For groups, accompanying meal tickets will be given to the group leader. On-site purchase also possible.
SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
The Alsace Wine Route Marathon is eco-friendly certified.
Our Commitments:
- Selective waste sorting at all sites (Village, starts, refreshment points)
- “Greenteam” on-site all weekend
- Two portion sizes to reduce food waste

Sicherheit
Keine Fahrräder oder sonstige fahrbare Untersätze auf der Strecke erlaubt.
Verpflegung
Nur im Zielbereich. Trinkwasser in recyclebaren Kartonbechern.
Zeiterfassung
Offizielle Zeiten im Zielbereich angezeigt. Einweg-Zeitmesschip auf der Startnummer. Platzierung nur bei vollständig absolvierter Strecke.
Zeitlimits
5K und Foulées Doubles: 1 Stunde (Zielschluss um 20:30 Uhr).
Ergebnisse
Online verfügbar, am Samstag nach den Läufen. Kein Livetracking während des Rennens.
Finisher-Geschenk
Eine Überraschung bei Vorlage der Startnummer.

Ab 20:30 Uhr im Village Marathon. Auszeichnungen für:

PRAKTISCHE INFOS
Anreise und Mobilität
- Fahrgemeinschaften empfohlen über die Mobicoop-Plattform.
- Fahrradparkplätze im Village Marathon.
Gepäckaufbewahrung
Gepäckanhänger wird mit der Startnummer ausgehändigt. Abgabe bei der Startnummernausgabe im Caveau Bugatti – Hôtel de la Monnaie. Rückgabe der Taschen von 18:30 bis 21:00 Uhr. Nicht abgeholte Taschen können ab Montag bei der Communauté de Communes de Molsheim-Mutzig abgeholt werden.
UNTERHALTUNG & VERPFLEGUNG
"Spätz on the Beach"-Abend
Samstagabend ab 18:00 Uhr im Village Marathon. Festliche Stimmung mit Überraschungs-Animationen.
Mahlzeiten
Vorausbezahlte Mahlzeiten werden bei der Startnummernausgabe übergeben. Für Gruppen werden die Begleittickets an die verantwortliche Person ausgegeben. Vor-Ort-Verkauf ebenfalls möglich.
NACHHALTIGE ENTWICKLUNG
Der Marathon der Elsässer Weinstraße ist als umweltfreundliche Veranstaltung zertifiziert.
Unsere Verpflichtungen:
- Mülltrennung an allen Standorten (Dorf, Startpunkte, Verpflegungsstellen)
- „Greenteam“ das ganze Wochenende vor Ort
- Zwei Portionsgrößen zur Vermeidung von Lebensmittelverschwendung
Stand für Nachhaltigkeit im Marathon-Dorf.
